Terms of Use
By accessing or using TESORIN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TESORIN.
What TESORIN provides
TESORIN provides personal finance tracking, planning, and informational tools for wallet activity, budgets, goals, net worth, investments, tax planning inputs, retirement, education, insurance planning, remittance, family support, and Canada/India context.
Features may change, improve, be added, or be removed over time.
What TESORIN does not provide
TESORIN is not a bank, broker, lender, tax preparer, money-transfer provider, investment advisor, legal advisor, accounting firm, or insurance broker. It does not hold funds, transfer money, place trades, approve loans, issue credit, sell financial products, or guarantee outcomes.
No professional advice
Outputs, estimates, summaries, projections, suggestions, calculations, and AI-assisted responses are informational only. Before important financial, tax, legal, insurance, lending, or investment decisions, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Accounts and security
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for accurate account information, securing your device and login credentials, and notifying TESORIN if you suspect unauthorized access.
Account deletion is available through the app where provided or at delete-account.html.
Local data and backups
TESORIN is local-first where practical. Some records may be stored on your device. Optional encrypted backups, where available, may be stored in Google Drive or another supported backup location.
You are responsible for protecting your device, backup files, and any backup password. TESORIN may be unable to restore encrypted backups if the password is lost.
User responsibilities
- Do not misuse TESORIN or interfere with security controls.
- Do not use TESORIN to violate laws or third-party rights.
- Do not enter malicious, illegal, abusive, or misleading content.
- Do not misrepresent your relationship with TESORIN.
- Do not use TESORIN to provide professional advice to others without proper authorization.
AI-assisted features
AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Do not enter bank passwords, one-time codes, card numbers, full bank account numbers, government IDs, private documents, or highly sensitive information into AI prompts.
Market data and calculations
Prices, exchange rates, estimates, projections, calculations, and market information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Verify important information before relying on it.
Subscriptions and billing
TESORIN may offer paid app features or subscriptions. Current public pricing is shown on pricing.html. Android subscriptions are handled through Google Play where required. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled through Google Play. Pricing may vary by country.
Intellectual property
TESORIN, including the app, website, design, text, graphics, logos, software, and related materials, is owned by TESORIN or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or written permission.
Third-party services
TESORIN may use third-party services for authentication, backup, market data, hosting, analytics, support, AI processing, or app functionality. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. TESORIN is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Availability and changes
TESORIN may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, changed, suspended, or discontinued. TESORIN is not responsible for losses caused by downtime, feature changes, data-entry errors, unsupported devices, or third-party service issues.
Disclaimer, limitation, and indemnification
TESORIN is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, TESORIN disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TESORIN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunity, or financial outcome. You agree to indemnify TESORIN from claims arising from misuse, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
Termination
TESORIN may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a Terms violation, legal risk, security risk, abuse, fraud, or misuse. You may stop using TESORIN at any time and request account deletion.

TESORIN may update these Terms. The effective date shows the latest revision. Material changes may be communicated through the website or in-app notice where appropriate.
