Account deletion

Delete your TESORIN account.

Use the app when you have access. Use email if you cannot open the app.

Options

Two request paths.

Account deletion removes the TESORIN account records we control. Some local or third-party files may need separate deletion.

In app

Settings → Delete account.

Open TESORIN, go to Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm the request.

Email

Use your account email.

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my TESORIN account”.

Separate files

Backups may remain.

Local device records and Google Drive backup files may need to be removed separately.

Delete your account in the app

  • Open TESORIN.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Open Delete account.
  • Read the notice.
  • Confirm deletion.

Request deletion from the web

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with the subject line Delete my TESORIN account.

  • Send the request from your TESORIN account email address.
  • State that you want the account deleted.
  • Mention if you also need help finding optional Google Drive backup files.

Do not email bank passwords, card numbers, account numbers, government IDs, or private financial details.

What TESORIN deletes

After verification, TESORIN deletes the sign-in account and associated account metadata it controls, unless limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, compliance, dispute-resolution, or similar reasons.

  • Authentication account.
  • Account ID.
  • Account email.
  • TESORIN-controlled account metadata.

Separate

What may need separate deletion

  • Local data stored only on your device.
  • Optional backup files stored in Google Drive.
  • Data you exported or shared outside TESORIN.
  • Limited retained records required for legal, security, fraud prevention, compliance, or dispute-resolution reasons.

To remove local records, delete/reset app data on your device or uninstall TESORIN. To remove Google Drive backups, delete the backup files from Drive or backup controls where available.

Delete records without deleting the account

Inside TESORIN, you can delete or edit records such as transactions, budgets, goals, net worth items, investment records, and backup files where controls are available.

Processing time

TESORIN aims to process deletion requests within a reasonable time after verification. Some limited data may be retained only where required or permitted for the reasons listed above.
